Pros

I genuinely love to help customers achieve their fitness goals and see them come back thanking me because they reached their goal.

Cons

1. Minimum 6 paychecks late, including 1 that was a full month late. They don't take responsibilty though. 2. Micromanage you like you can't even imagine. They have cameras all around the store and watch your every single move and if they see something they don't agree with (sales strategy for example) you will get a text, email, phone call, instant message within 60 seconds cussing you out. I can't speak for everybody but when I received that treatment it discouraged me beyond belief. 3. Mislead compensation big time. They make you an offer that sounds tremendous but these guys know how to write contracts. They will tell you you will make thousands in bonuses on top of your salary verbally, but when you confront them about getting alot less than promised they blame it on you for not asking the right questions. So even though you are told verbally you will make x amount as a bonus and the wording in the contract goes with what they say, its the employees fault. Right. When you qualify for the bonus for hitting the goal you get drastically less than you expected. My personal experience, i got 1/27th of what i should have received. And i know atleast 4 other current/previous managers that went through the same exact thing. So it was not just a slip up on my part, they know what they are doing.
