bad training - ABA Technician Total Spectrum Employee Review

driving long distance for work, very little in person training ( I had two hours). Does not ease you into working with autistic clients. You have one 2 hour intro/shadow session, then are expected to be able to teach and control the child by yourself the next day. They also failed to pay me for 15 hrs of online training. Did not get paid until I threatened to report them.
