      Some paid mileage (only after 30 miles though) Working with kids and their families Company tablet / iPad

      Cons

      Lower pay than other companies in the same area Little room for advancement unless you become a BCBA Inadequate training / supervision for new employees VERY high travel times No pay when clients cancel sessions (even last minute)

      Pros

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
