Only care about money, not employees. - Clinical Fellow Total Spectrum Employee Review

The company as a whole, in the Milwaukee region, is disorganized and doesn't value their employees. I had to fight to get promoted, get a raise, or even just to advocate for my clients. You work long hours with not good pay and not great benefits. They expect their behavior technicians to do many roles without making incentives, and the retention rate is very low. Many people leave this company quickly after joining the company due to poor leadership and lack of intent in making employees life's better. I honestly hated my job here due to the leadership.
