      The people I worked with as fellow RBTs, for the most part, were great people with solid work ethic.

      Cons

      It comes with the territory, but expectations and responsibilities exceeded adequate pay.

      Pros

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
