Pros

Remote only for admin, teams are on the smaller side

Cons

Everything is dependent on your manager able to communicate effectively- if they aren’t great at that it’s going to be a mess, but if they are it’ll be good. A lot of change when bought out and very unclear to employees how that would affect day to day jobs

Pros

competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

Cons

unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
