Company Culture is by far what stands out. The overall feeling of being apart of a team. I’ve been in sales for over 10 years and have been in the industry for a majority of that time. TTSG is by far the best service organization that I’ve seen. The overall care for the customer is what instantly stood out once I saw and talked to the team. Hearing the stories of where this company came from and where we are going is truly exciting. A nationwide organization that has continued to grow is really amazing. Bright future ahead.

Learning curve from the last CRM I was on. Although it’s much easier and more intuitive I find myself going back to old habits. So not really a con but more of a change from bad habits to good habits.

Leadership/Management really takes the time to learn about each employee's personal goals, and regularly meets with you to discuss how one can reach those goals working for TTSG. TTSG commits to each employee hired by creating an environment that is not only extremely supportive, but highly educational. The strengths one displays are rewarded and recognized, while weaknesses are addressed constructively. You will not be coddled, and it will make you the best version of yourself, because you will be pushed to become better everyday. TTSG provides you with the tools and resources to have a very lucrative and successful career in sales. The culture feels like a family and potential customers are treated as such. They really practice what they preach when it comes to TTSG's high customer service standards. Being a technology company, TTSG is always on the cutting edge of innovation and keeps up with the ever changing technology that runs our world today. If you are willing to put in the work and time to their sales program, you have no choice but to do well. I love how open everyone is to ideas and how management encourages employees to think outside of the box. This is not just a technology sales company, it is a technology solutions company. This is a very satisfying career with fantastic benefits with continuing opportunities.
