Pros
The company starts out giving each employee 3 weeks of paid time off, which is unheard of for most companies. Opportunities to switch into different positions within the company They have catered meals every now and then for employees Employees generally have a good time together, decorating desks for birthdays and throwing potlucks for holidays
Cons
Hard to move into management positions. Most of the managers have been with the company since it started and very rarely is there a management role open. Micro manage the little things - clocking in/out at exact times, can't make up time, food/lotion/flowers, etc aren't allowed at desks Unorganized Certain managers will let issues build up and not address them in a timely manner
