Pros

Lots of opportunities to work on new technologies and to grow. The management team was always rolling out a new initiative for learning about the new technologies and then would give us an opportunity to actually work with those technologies.

Cons

They expected you to work hard. This isn’t the kind of place where you can make a minimum contribution.

Pros

I loved working here. The team was supportive and although I didn't do well initially, they did not give up on me, and tried all they could to help me. Sales just isn't my thing.

Cons

Goals are reasonable but like any sales environment if you don't hit them you won't work here long.

Pros

- remote work - some travel involved and covered by the company - was given an opportunity with little experience - David and Kevin are cool, but not involved enough to make real change - Customers enjoyable to work with for the most part.

Cons

- leadership is toxic. Jordan comes across as a nice guy initially, but will openly talk about firing other employees in calls, will gaslight you every couple months to make you feel like you're getting somewhere, and break promise after promise. He'll tell you to do something one way, no exceptions. Unless of course a customer asks him, then he'll do it to look like the good guy. - Tech team and customer team are on opposite sides of the world. Communication is challenging, and when a technical problem comes up, and it will come up, one has to resort to trying to wake people up in the middle of their night to fix it. - There's just no realistic expectations ever being given, both positively and negatively. The amount of times I was told I would get a raise/promotion and didnt. The amount of times I was told that we're all going to be millionaires one day when the company goes public. The more you hear these things, the more it sounds like a grift.
