The bank promotes from within about 90% or higher of the time. They are dedicated to create career paths for all employees that want to grow within the organization. They offer extensive training upon hire and follow up trainings occur as well. They have performance evaluations for all employees and pay increase is based on performance.

Since it is a small bank, there may not be an opening in an area in which you may want to grow. It may take some time to get there.
