Pros
Good CE (entreprise comittee), no mobility request for people who wants to be sedentary, good health assurance (mutuelle). Nice company if you want to have an occupation and a salary at the end of the month
Cons
Employees DO NOT work for the company: they work for the managers. If you have the chance to find a good manager, there will be progress in your career, but in case your manager needs permanent ego boost, you just need to say his ideas are the best (most of the time it is not the case, they are not scientists) and your career is assured.
