      Pros

      Workload will keep you busy. Decent pay compared to some other refiniries in the area. Union has a strong presence

      Cons

      Moral has declined due to corporate becoming heavily involved in the day to day operations. HR has runs the refinery and not the Plant Manager, It's HR's way or the highway!!

      American managers do their best to create a good culture.

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
