Stay away - Operator TotalEnergies Employee Review

Management is terrible and plays buddy buddy with key individuals and gossips about other shifts. Not just unit managers but the ops manager.... they don't invest any money back into the facility and still for the life of them can't figure out why everything keeps breaking down. They pretty much let austin run the facility and make the calls. Pay is kinda on par. But the benefits are terrible and no bonuses. The place has changed over the years and they truly don't care about their employees.... its sad.
