Pros
The team leader was very nice and helpful, like some of the people who worked at the call centre.
Cons
You are expected to start talking to customers on the phone without training. You then get told off for not saying the right things and solving problems the correct way. It's just not professional. Very stressful. Headphones won't work properly, there are more people than chairs to sit down and sometimes we had to stand up and wait for someone to go for their lunch break, so that you could do some work. It's a joke!
