Management treats employees terrible unless they are treated like gods/goddesses. People that don't laugh at every joke or follow them around like puppy dogs are bullied into submission. Manager followers also are allowed to treat others terribly and get away with it. They do that so they are not the victim. Constant threats of layoff or being fired if you are a victim and make a complaint to the hr person. Shady financial practices. So much drama and everyone knows everything... it's like being in high school. Good people walk out and don't come back and the owners don't even question why but refuse to resolve it or discipline the people causing employee loss. One person didn't come back and no one even bothered to call to see if there was an emergency. Shows very little empathy or compassion on the business as they did a great job but was not treated fairly.
