Poor Management - Software Developer Touchcore Systems Employee Review

Poor management. COO speaks a lot and does not listen to what others have to say. They practice a lot of favoritism and disrespect and bully others. HR is a joke, does not support employee well being, does not reply to any messages, is always rude. HR does not reply when we refer someone or ask any query. Growth opportunities and projects are limited and in outdated technology, their appraisal system changes as per their whim and fancy.
