The success of the product makes it easy to feel comfortable with my job. I have plenty of room to grow as the company grows.

On boarding process was lacking key information which lead to unnecessary friction in the workflow.

They genuinely care about what you have to say/how you feel and will take it to heart. - The product is very fun to work on, and it’s easy to care about. - Values fuel culture. It’s a diverse workplace and every single person who works here has an interesting story to tell. - There is a sense of trust and camaraderie between employees that doesn’t feel cult-like. - None of that subtle pressure to work from the office if you prefer to work from home.

There are some growing pains as with any startup, but that’s what we all signed up for.
