Pros
Opportunities to travel, office in great location
Cons
When I worked there, there was a small team of people who were doing bare minimum work, waiting around to retire on a fortune. I was the youngest and the most driven person in there, but paid nothing compared to my output. The feeling in the office was just non progressive, new ideas not welcome, gossipy and the managers all hated their one colleague who actually tried to do things differently. I worked for him and therefore enjoyed my work with him - but the rest of the work (mainly travel shows) was soul destroying. Although I got to travel, I knew we could be doing better, thinking fresher and spending less money to be showcasing Ireland to the USA. The people in charge of that area had no interest, they were just doing the bare minimum and constantly stressed over nothing. Pure example of corporate dinosaurs just wasting tax payer money and I couldn’t be part of that. I was on a grad programme so I’m sure my salary and benefits were basically non existent, so I can’t properly say what full time employees get.
