      You have to work extremely hard in order to earn your commission but worth it in the end.

      Pros

      Some people are cool and will help out and you also help them out too

      Cons

      Too bad the people who are good are used to do most of the work and get no proper compensation. The number of people who are good dwindles quickly. Also, compensation overall is horrific especially in NYC. There is 0 excuse for it.
