      -Transparent and engaged management that values employee and customer feedback -Good at crisis management and finding alternatives to things that don't work or when parts run out of stock -Scrappy and fast paced -Near zero bureaucracy -Flexible work environment -Great width and depth of work that stretches across domains -Horizontal organizational structure -No one in the company is inaccessible and is probably just one slack message away

      -With the company being young, projects can be open ended sometimes

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
