      -I was frequently asked what I wanted to learn but management never actually followed through with what they said to teach me -Laid off due to lack of work as they did not actually help me to grow -Strict schedule

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
