Informal environment, Startup feel, Bleeding edge tech! This is a company developing the kind of technologies you typically see at places like Netflix and Google and Hulu. It's pretty impressive. The owners are involved in the company and show up every day at the office, they are down to earth and approachable and friendly which is wonderful. They really care about the team, and go to great lengths to make you feel at home. For an employee considering working here: You can learn *a lot* in this company because they are results oriented. If you're going to spend your days Facebooking, Redditing and Twitting, better stay away or go work for Google. This is a hard core environment with a team working hard towards well defined goals, with a mission to change the industry and deliver extremely high quality products to its audience.

Very small so there's pretty much no hierarchy, and less structure. If you need structure and discipline, this is probably not your cup of tea. You're expected to manage yourself and come up with results. Nobody is going to micro manage you and make your life "easier" by telling you exactly what to do.
