Developer at Towa - Team Lead/ Sr. Developer Towa Software Employee Review

I worked for TOWA for about 2 years. Is not the best deal but I think is okay for starters. They offer competitive salaries for fresh graduates if they think they are worthy. They have strong (although old and non-efficient) "engineering mindset". As a consultancy, they can offer you work in whatever project, even if you don't know the tech. That means that you'll have a great learning curve, but only if you do get to work in a project like that. It is somehow growing. They also have really good contacts and clients. They also give trainings some times, so if it happens that you get the change of getting one, good for you.

Career growth is really slow and little. You might feel stuck if you stay in there for a long time. They have really old and non-efficient practices such as "print and review the code by hand". Although the purpose is a right one, I think now a days there are way better ways to accomplish this.

They promote some company values as family or institutionalize the processes and knowledge.

They don't have any evidence or case of success of their values. People with experiencie just does not fit in the company, for some reason only people with no experience stay for some months or years doing "maybe" their best with no leadership or real management. In the projects in my perception are just a buch of dump people on manegement expecting for a bunch of juniors to finish the next release by a miracle.
