Team Leaders and Seniors are really helpful & friendly. Good work-life balance. Highly engaged staff.
Cons
Deliberately unrealistic targets and unfair rewarding schemes. Results in work overload, under-achievement and burn-out of highly engaged staff. Legacy systems, slow and unfriendly software resulting in customers and staff getting severely affected. Management slow or unresponsive to change, always giving lip-service to the critical issues. Teams are bleeding as engaged staff becomes demotivated and subsequently resigns due to unfair performance measurement systems in place. Senior Management is impervious and opaque, top guys don't know what grassroots level is doing and front line staff don't know what direction top bosses are taking.
