Across our system, we strive to offer opportunities and support for career advancement such as educational assistance as you noted. Your Cons and Advice to Management are concerning as we never intend for employees to have more work than they can handle and we work diligently to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate. Employee satisfaction is always a top priority, and our managers focus strongly on making it clear that all employees are important, valued, and have a voice within the organization. We have an open door policy and encourage employees with concerns or feedback to meet with their Supervisor, or if more appropriate, an HR Business Partner to discuss. If everyone is not being treated fairly, we need to know and will take steps to address this. We encourage you to meet with the appropriate person and appreciate your comments.
