Unparalleled life work balance. Very reasonable timelines and expectations, more than sustainable workload. The systems are in a reasonably good condition. Great office location in Auckland.
Cons
The management is not the strongest on the planet and not immune from making poor decisions. The culture is such that it allows junior to scream their random ideas.
