Pros

A family owned business where you are treated like family. Great opportunity for those wanting to break into the field of water treatment. Strong company values and extremely high personal customer service unmatched by anyone in the region. Hands on ownership who have no problem working along side which each and every employee from day one. Ensure company bonding through fun company events and meetings. Transparent and honest to point where each employee can see the direction and goals of the company. High moral values and integrity across the board. Provide all tools needed to do your job and then some. Very competitive salary and benefits for a regional sized company. A fun positive place to work, that hire like minded people who understand the mission and vision. Work life balance is encouraged and is better than most companies of similar size. All in all, has all the potential to be a premier Company in the industry but just isn’t quite there yet. In general it is a very good place to work and I would recommend them over any of the other regional companies in the industry.

Cons

Very limited geography and scope of technology for experienced water treatment professionals who will easily grow bored after a short while. Lacking veteran industry leadership and experienced managers. Managers are comfortable inside their small box of practice but are limited in true problem solving skills, industry knowledge, and the mathematics needed to excel beyond the basics.
