The company is imploding. They can't retain staff because no one knows what they are doing. New management in credit control in Yeadon favours new staff rather than promoting established people, giving the best jobs to external candidates. Credit controllers are expected to resolve internal payments between Towergate branches, refunds, and unallocated cash. Every branch has its own system and no one has access to the systems. Absolutely NO formal training received. No system support available. Process change occurs too frequently to reach any success. Employees are definitely not taken seriously, and are treated as disposable. Unallocated cash is a serious problem, with many customers unknowingly carrying out their lives without the insurance protection for which they have paid. This company is going to collapse from the inside.
