Pros

Privately owned, well known local company with many long term employees. Aggressive growth through acquisitions in several states. In- house training program.

Cons

Poor management at district level; lazy administrative staff; bad behavior ignored; good employees overloaded with properties; low pay for amount of work expected. Technology outdated, too much emphasis on the past glory days. Reluctant to expand workforce in spite of new growth.

Pros

The pay is really the only plus of working here but it’s not even worth the headache

Cons

Terrible upper management with no help on the front lines because upper management doesn’t care about their team, zero flexibility, lack of training, fires people for not reaching a certain leading percentage and picks and chooses who gets $500 off move in costs and who doesn’t, multiple of the same reports weekly.
