excellent work environment. very good health insurance for employees. very cool things to work on. relaxed environment, no job is hurried to the point of pressuring employees.

does not pay in line with state average.

There were some very good people that work at the company. The owners invest back into the company and try to buy the best equipment on the market. Most of the employees are hard working and dedicated to their jobs. It is a faith base company and there were no Jewish holidays that I remember. I never heard the CEO use bad language, but I was not in the main office the much. I tend to doubt that is true, but you never know.

The over all management team is below average to average. There are some very talented managers. Others are close family friends and they are limited in their abilities. My direct report was a great manager. There is no real vision to expand product lines as their core business continues to reduce due to the government environmental regulations. If the current CEO/Owner were to step down there are really no other family members capable of leading the company.
