Great company to work for - Contracts Manager Townlink Construction Employee Review

Small company with a good base staff and great new hires. New Managing Director is very forward thinking and also very personable. They looked after staff during the pandemic. CEO is in touch with employees. Pay and conditions are in line with Tier 1 contractors. Townlink have been around for quite a while and is under good leadership.

Current offices in Greenhills is not great. There are plans to move to a bigger and better premises. Apart from that, no real cons.

Friendly people, easy to work with, genuinely interested. Good access to senior mgt.

Office is old and space limited.
