      The role itself is great!

      Cons

      pay is the TOP con I have. They mention 'growth' yet the leaders don't give you the tools to get where your goal is. The pay margin between DCM's is drastic. One DCM could be making $40k a year & have been with the company for a few years yet new hires are coming in at $65k+

      Great people, lots of resources, and a great deal of support

      Cons

      Benefits and pay are seriously lacking. I can’t even add my spouse to my insurance here, and the premiums are very high through Cigna. Big Yikes. Be aware and ask about this before starting.
