If there would be an option of giving negative rating, I would have given this company -10 but anyway list of cons is as follows: 1. Namesake bus facility for which company overcharges you 2. Unrealistic office timings have been kept just to make sure that you work an hour extra for free. 3. Too much of politics and less of work 4. People with good political connections are not given any work and are almost always on leave. Basically HR team is for namesake. 5. Harassing people who don't have any references in the company, in the name of appraisal or feedback, is normal. 6. Almost all departments have some problem with women's technical and financial growth. Basically if you want to see a prototype of male dominated society, please join this company. 7. People here feel, the more the no. of hours you spend in office, the more productive you are. So no questions asked about inefficiency to people who unnecessarily sit in office for free AC and internet. 8. You are paid more based on how much you can please your boss, not based on your skills. 9. You will even find people working from irrelevant disciplines and irrelevant past experience with you if they have the right connections. And you will be wasting your time teaching them what they should have ideally learnt as part of their college curriculum. 10. And to top it all, they will show the wrong CTC in your appointment letter. Bonus is shown as part of your CTC which should not be the case and then they don't pay you bonus on leaving.
