Family atmosphere, flexible schedule, continuous improvement, hard work is rewarded.
Cons
Diversity is not well represented. Mostly men in management - although they may be working to improve this. They also tend to hire internal candidates for management if they have the skills, but do not focus on if they are a good leader. So there are managers who do not know how to manage.
