The teams under management are amazing people to work with despite an oppressive culture.
Cons
Worst company I have ever worked for. Culture is non trusting of employees and lacks diversity of thought and generations. They say they want new thought but only if it agrees with the leadership thought. Benefits are not good. Only three personal days for sick and 1 year vacation your first year.
