      Lots to learn in logistics management industry and Toyota Way. Fairly stable company. Got chance to travel and explore the world.

      Better to learn Japanese to communicate with Japanese expats. Corporate admin needs to improve a lot to match other big companies.

      -401K, PTO, incredible healthcare -OT paid after 8 hours per day -Perks such as car discounts, free doctors office, travel discounts, time off to volunteer

      -Less remote opportunities each year -Comp time not an option -PTO slow to increase -Work life balance depends on manager -International customers can require extended hours
