      A job maybe or maybe not.

      Cons

      I have worked at Toyota as a manager. This company is really a division of Toyota but does the things Toyota does not want to publicly do itself. They treat weaker employees badly to make the company more money in every country. The CEO should be replaced with a decent person who is honest.

      -401K, PTO, incredible healthcare -OT paid after 8 hours per day -Perks such as car discounts, free doctors office, travel discounts, time off to volunteer

      Cons

      -Less remote opportunities each year -Comp time not an option -PTO slow to increase -Work life balance depends on manager -International customers can require extended hours
