      Decent pay and benefits packages.

      Cons

      Good ol' boys club, no accountability, few women in management, long time employees with performance issues that have never been addressed, completely out of date systems, very separated departments with no communication.

      -401K, PTO, incredible healthcare -OT paid after 8 hours per day -Perks such as car discounts, free doctors office, travel discounts, time off to volunteer

      -Less remote opportunities each year -Comp time not an option -PTO slow to increase -Work life balance depends on manager -International customers can require extended hours
