      Very good company benefits - annual company retreat, great medical and dental benefits, awesome friendly environment with many opportunities for travel and secondment

      Cons

      Slightly lower basic pay, very hierarchical and may take many years before promotion Experience precedes work performance Very cushy environment after 2 years
