Pros

I could list some superficial things but honestly there's just nothing to put here

Cons

You hear stories about how some startups are completely fake but I never believed that until I came here. It's honestly unbelievable that this can still happen in the year 2025. There was so much hype and glamor but then I discovered the reality on Day 1. There are companies less than a year old that have made way more progress. Surely everyone knows that everything is fake but still pretending like its a real company? How could it possibly get any more funding after all this? Literally nothing works or sticks and every day is back to square one. I'm cold calling people to show up to something that will just disappear and never return. It's impossible to grow something if you just have to start over ever day. The "CEO" has no credibility and we all wonder who is really in charge. Make it make sense! The long hours are a constant joke in the office. It's a complete waste of time and anyone with any real leadership experience would know that treating your people this way just leads to a political culture since every single person is faking it and looking to escape for new jobs.

Pros

- High-impact work - Unmatched talent density — Traba is full of top performers who are genuinely some of the smartest, hardest-working people you’ll ever meet

Cons

- The hours are ridiculous (9am–9pm in the office daily) and expectations are high. It’s nearly impossible to maintain a life outside of work, especially if you want to succeed here - Leadership cares way too much about the number of hours you're clocking in the office — it’s bizarre & unproductive - Turnover is insanely high, and they make zero effort to retain top talent, even when the cost of hiring and training replacements should justify it — the product + business model are unnecessarily complicated & require a good amount of time to learn. Yet the company doesn’t invest enough in properly ramping up new hires to set them up for success. As a result, employees are often let go prematurely (also, arbitrarily) before they’ve had a fair chance to ramp up & prove themselves. - They also have no problem letting people go who've pretty much poured their entire lives to this company — people who’ve dedicated 60+ hours of their time & energy to this failing business week over week - Overall, the level of sacrifice required to work here is not normal & it’s hard to justify considering how low the pay is
