Pros
I've worked at TRACE for over 5 years now, and this business has played a significant role in shaping my career. It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey filled with growth, learning, and meaningful experiences. I’m truly grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve received along the way. Being part of the beauty division over the years has been an incredible experience. It’s truly inspiring to witness the growth, not just within my direct team, but across the business as a whole. We’ve gone from strength to strength, starting with 4 beauty brands and expanding to over 20 leading global brands, not to mention the continued growth of our fashion division as well. It’s a privilege to be part of such a dynamic, creative and forward-thinking company. We pride ourselves on our family oriented culture, where every individual is valued, respected, and supported. From day one, we work to create an environment that fosters collaboration, open communication, and genuine care for one another - both personally and professionally. We believe that when people feel supported, they thrive, and that’s why we’re committed to nurturing growth at every stage of our team members’ careers. The work produced at TRACE is truly unmatched. Our clear and strategic approach, combined with the team’s creativity in delivering out of the box ideas and solutions, paired with thorough attention to detail, has driven significant successes for our clients. From boosting brand awareness and increasing share of voice to firmly establishing their presence with press and influencers across the UK and Ireland markets. I look forward to continuing this journey in the years ahead at TRACE.
Cons
While a significant part of PR involves planning and executing events, which can occasionally lead to long hours, the business is mindful of this and actively supports the team’s well-being. A great example of this is the introduction of Summer Hours, running from June through to the end of August, giving the team valuable time to rest, recharge, and prioritise their mental health.
