Pros
Smaller company offering standard benefits package. 401k - 100% match up to 3%, 50% match up to 5% through Fidelity. Easy to get a hold of leadership when required.
Cons
401k - Losing all contribution matches if you leave *or if they lose a contract* before 2yrs. Benefits - 80hrs PTO/yr. Company has lost a few major contracts and feels they are giving less effort to employees as a result. Internal recruitment does not respond in a timely manner.
