Cons

After the third private-equity takeover, the focus continues to focus on investor returns over employees and customers. The commission plan uses a multi-layer override where M reps and even some former reps still get paid on deals, and control commissions. Legal? New CEO mainly focuses on squeezing more $ out of sales than supporting the teams.

Collaboration is a huge strength here. Teams work well together across roles and functions, and there’s a true sense of consistency in how people partner and communicate. No one hesitates to step in and help when needed — even outside their immediate responsibilities — which creates a culture of shared ownership and mutual respect. On top of all that, the culture is genuinely fun and energizing. People are smart, driven, and kind, and the environment makes it easy to enjoy the work you’re doing alongside teammates you actually like working with. Trace3 strikes a rare balance between meaningful work, strong support, and a positive, engaging culture.
