Pros
Pay is Decent Trucks are in good condition just don't care for Volvos and Unless it's a problem or a question they don't bother you or let you do your route and take it home Roy the Lead Man is cool guy but could be more understanding of the driver's and their situation sometimes..
Cons
If you have no freight no load You still have to drive your route anyway and just Bump the dock No matter what situation maybe, holiday, rain, sleet,hell,and snow.. No Raises. No PTO Time... Just a wk vacation off after 1yr..
