      Pros

      Pay is Decent Trucks are in good condition just don't care for Volvos and Unless it's a problem or a question they don't bother you or let you do your route and take it home Roy the Lead Man is cool guy but could be more understanding of the driver's and their situation sometimes..

      Cons

      If you have no freight no load You still have to drive your route anyway and just Bump the dock No matter what situation maybe, holiday, rain, sleet,hell,and snow.. No Raises. No PTO Time... Just a wk vacation off after 1yr..

      The mail was a great job i worked from 2014 to 2025 got laid off along with dozens of others ...pros are well .. lacking

      The cons of working at a mail contractor company is you.. are not important the postal facilities treat you horrible and McCormick .. well one of the biggest thing was tracking the mail... at one point they had 5 trackers between the truck and trailer and they wanted me to download a app to track my phone..then when i went to find another job they said i ran 2 states.. if you like maybe work and being treated like a burden then here is a great start
