Pros
Amazing coworkers, interesting programming, the best campers in the world, constant opportunities for personal growth and learning. Friendly work culture, encouraging of new ideas and opportunities.
Cons
Work is overwhelmingly intense, with few breaks and little allowance for time off to recover. Burnout rate is high. Inter-team bickering is high, as is workplace drama. Senior management is difficult to work with unless you're willing to conform to their ideas and personal culture.
