      Outdoor work, kind co-workers, relatively normal hours

      Cons

      The management was horrible, mean, and problematic. Staff were burnt out quickly for low pay.

      -Work from home -Great team of people to work with -supportive team -positive atmosphere

      Cons

      -some of the processes/computer data bases/systems seem like they could use some improving but I don’t know a lot about this.

      It was fun to be outdoors doing fun things.

      Cons

      There were many communication issues with upper management. There isn't much room for growth. It requires a huge commitment and it can be hard on the body.
