Pros
Great place for entry level engineers/technicians. But after 5 years in the company you get stuck on knowledge, meaning you can easily realize there's hard to find something new to learn.
Cons
Work-life balance is easily broken. One can end up having a lot of overtime but no payment. Management respect towards employees, mostly younger than 35, is high. Not just personal experience.
