Great people to work with for the most part. Company is reputable and is growing. Benefits and pay are excellent.

Everything you do is micromanaged. You have to account for every minute of the day, meaning you must be clocked into a work order at all times. If you are not familiar with certain procedures or skills, they will help you out for a couple weeks, and then you are on your own. After that, don't bother to ask another tech about something because they will basically just expect you to figure it out on your own. That is the problem with companies that pay base performance off flat rate. Everyone is held accountable to be a meet a certain percentage of productivity and efficiency on their own personal level. They have the numbers down to a science. It's a great job for someone who is very experienced and self sufficient. If you figure out their computer system, that is the hardest part for any tech coming in. If you are one like me who believes quality should come before quality, this probably isn't the place for you either. They want stuff in and out pretty quick, but also want the quality to be there.
