Horrible culture - Anonymous employee Tractor Supply Employee Review

Insurance sucked. Paid a 100000000 a check to continue to pay 1000000000 out of pocket. No DEI. No respect for women. At all. Customers even are disrespectful. Upper management is all about favorites and don’t care who is actually doing the job. No praises. Mentally & physically taxing job. Hr is a joke. Discipline is a joke. It’s an actually a joke that it’s impossible to get fired from there. We were getting mentally & verbally abused by a team member and was told by management that we were the problem.
